Its not for the Government to debunk conspiracies, its for the Troofers to prove there was a conspiracy.

I've been on a few murder trials in my time. When one enters a court of Law the onus is on the prosecutor to prove that the Accused is Guilty. That's how it friggin works.

Witnesses are notoriously unreliable....you should know this from your studies in forensics. All they heard were banging noises, which they naturally interpreted as explosions due to the context of the situation.

And why did the explosions happen at far different times, eh ? Did the baddies stuff up the timing ?
