    Yayyy. Thanks for that, Fokwits.
I was thinking of filling up my car yesterday evening until I saw the lines stretching down the highway to get into the stations. Nope. My strategy will be wait until Sunday morning when no one is out.

Oh, I see. I thought everyone was afraid of petrol depletion. Price is gonna rise anyways so savings for sitting in line one time probably not worth it. I posted another thread in which the government stated it had 60 days worth reserve.

They are...that's why the price rose.

A vicious circle, exacerbated by gusset wetters like chitty

Gusset wetter! I thought gussets were so you wouldn’t wet your pants.

I am starting to feel my age these days. I wake up to a whole new series of aches and pains every day.

However watching the "grandson" of Ian Botham play rugby for Wales yesterday does not make me feel any younger.

His meds aren't working again and it's looking like a late liquid lunch and absinthe infused evening repast.

You did very well; it's the first time you've not been slaughtered in a couple of years.
