^^Didn't you work in China?
And you 'can't imagine' pollution?
^And yes, grilled bananas are a Thai thing.
^ He asked about rotten bananas
Today was the first day of opening all doors and windows, to let the breeze flow through. I must admit it is quite lovely, the house is surrounded by green nature, and silence other than bird song. It won't be so lovely in a few weeks when the air outside is 45°c and 55°c inside.![]()
Another week or so and it will be nothing but a pair of shorts all day. Time to hit the treadmill extra hard to get rid of these ever increasing love handles so I look slightly less vomit-inducing for anybody else unfortunate enough to be here.![]()
^ You're not very good at moaning. If you send me your address then I'll send the wife and her mother up; that'll up your game!![]()
I'll have a newborn baby here soon, so may be open to swapping.![]()
What age does Ireland pay it's old age pension?
Oh I hope to pass on well before I get any state pension mate. Late 50s would be good.![]()
So your teenage child will lose their father before they've finished their education
Yeah, it's not actually a real wish mate.
There are far too many Lego sets out there to wish on a late 50s demise.![]()
My daughter will be 19 when I'm 50. I think she'd be old enough to handle it, maybe even celebrate it.
^ I doubt she'd celebrate it, mate. (She'd probably change her football team though...)
Hmmm, no thank you. However, the wife is very good with children (when not distracted by various cooking objectives), so it could work out for you. I'll take your bike in exchange, it's a fair deal. I might even throw in a Lego set to sweeten the deal:

Cycling should be banned!!!
Internet abuzz with stories of election fiddles.
Where to start?
Chonburi maybe.
Ah, Chonburi.
:minispew:
The warmer weather has brought the mosquitos back with a vengeance.
Don't cut yourself shaving if your on blood thinners gets a bit messy.
Well, after finally getting my yellow book and pink Id card a couple of weeks ago after nearly 12 months of red tape and district office BS I thought I would use it today for proof of address when doing my visa extension. No, not good enough for Ubon immigration. Luckily my wife had insisted on coming along for the ride, with her tabien baan "just in case".
AND the uni student intern doing the paperwork checks insisted that the passport copies had to be in portrait format (vertical paper), not landscape. FFS !
Oh well, all done for 12 months.....
Comgrats Mike, it is what it is but only once a year I endure 40m of signing those same docs and asked my late father's occupation, I confirm not changed since he was buried 4 decades ago .
I guess it creates jobs certainly for copy shops and for the time strapped and affluent can open doors for other methods agents etc which I have never seen necessary.
When I was young greasers were on bikes!

And those small hyperactive flies that continually land on your skin, buzz off then return. Makes working in the garden less pleasant. I have started wearing those long-sleeved lightweight hoodies, popular with those who fish. Keep off the sunshine and the pesky flies.
It topped 38C here yesterday afternoon. Seems very early to get hot this year.
They are after your sweat. The bastards love me, I sweat like Looper when he's double booked
