What the fuck is wrong with the chicken inbred muthafuckas of this country? Had to sack 2 ladies last month for the crime of Not Doing ANY FUCKING WORK at all in their probation. Contract clearly says that they are in probation, and they sit on their arses doing literally FUCK ALL.

So, I sack them. I get the lawyer to do everything to make sure it is spot on, and they are out the door with their probation pay earned to date - no notice, not least because they are cunts.

So guess what? These bludging cunts go tottering off to the labour department, no doubt tears in their eyes, telling their tale of woe, and it looks likely I am going to have to stump up more money to the slags and there is fuck all I can do about it.

Lessons - contracts mean FUCK ALL in this shit country. NOTHING. They are worthless. Whether it be with a client or an employee they are fucking worthless as the Thais will always stick together to fuck the farang at every opportunity. Bunch of fucking inbred chickenhead cunts.

I knew an English bloke who was here for about ten years, earned good money running big and popular tourist venues. One day out of the blue he gave the same speech you just did. He was running a place with about 60 staff and about half were either stealing, lying or both (Not saying that figure wouldn't be the same as in the UK or elsewhere). Moved back to Blighty 6 months later.

IF there is any fault it is not giving them written warning the first time you noticed it. Say after one or two weeks, delivered by a third party to verify, then another warning letter , then a third. If they have been warned in writing that they are not doing what they are told or not preforming as per instructions then labour dept or no labour dept. they don't have a case.

They get away with it because farangs are too lenient and allow the status quo to develop then.

I had a guy wanted me to sign a piece of paper, in Thai, because he had quit and said if I signed this paper then he could get 5000 baht from the labour dept. I told him no I wasn't signing anything. He came back twice and was a bit pissed off. Turns out the paper said something to the effect he had been fired. So because he had worked for me for a few years had he been fired he would have been entitled to about 3 months pay, but because he quit of his own free will....

That being said labour dept. will fight for "abused' farangs just a much as they will for locals. If one, as an employee, has been wronged ie not paid etc...

Trainee consulting job. Not going into specifics, but first week training and then they are expected to apply the training. After 3-4 weeks you would expect to see some activity. With these cunts, nothing, nada.

Amen to that. When I look at my remaining staff, I know one of them, a bloke about my age (38) is good at the job, but has already dropped hints that if he had to leave there would be trouble. I was like "WTF?" What do you mean "had to leave"? but of course he just laughed it off. He's related to the Bali High mob here so indeed he's not getting sacked. Might be made redundant a minute before my flight leaves though.

With one she had 2 written warnings in the 2 weeks prior, and still did naff all. The other did something that the lawyer classed as gross misconduct, aside from not working, so I sat her down and said rather than sacking her for GMC I'm just stopping the probation. Same person that basically I took a big chance on hiring and did as a favour more than anything else (long story)
