Be honest, it was requesting another beer that was the problem. I'm sure you can have one!

That wouldn't be out of place on Fawlty Towers.

That is funny. I've had numerous beers in those seats on numerous airlines - never a problem.

Unbelieveable that they do not change that.
Finally out of desperation I tried my tablet. Worked like a charm.

Today's air asia flight left denpassar to Perth at 7.00 am so we were all up at 3.30 to get a taxi to the airport. Once again I was seated in 14c next to the door and when they came by with the uncle chins chicken and rice and the rendang which is not to bad. I cheekily asked for a bintang with a straight face. And got one. Much to my amazement.

I liked travel better before every [at][at][at][at] went all pc and serious the logistics are definitely stacked against me these days and I find myself in ill.humour most of the time, but when I get where I'm going I definitely enjoy the family time. A shame it's an ordeal to get there sometimes

I yearn for a return to real airlines such as we had before covid. These so called budget airlines are filling a gap but are taking the fucking piss.

Flew 737 Max the other day.

I was served free drinks all the way.

Only hassle was when I had to go to the toilet.

Not easy svopping seats with the guy next to me and holding on to the side panel at the same time.

I'll pay my own way next time

(only joking; I do not fly Boeing)

Nice idea but there are 4 pubs within a 2 minute walk from the post office. And 2 are about 30 steps away.
