of the 13 counts and 10 charges filed against him, SWO Chief Gallagher was found Not Guilty of 12 counts and 9 charges, he was found Guilty as Charged on one count by a Jury of his Peers at a Military Courts Martial.

ENOUGH SAID. Discuss it 'til the cows come home - The Fat Lady Has Sung - Not Guilty of Murder, Not Guilty of Attempted Murder. oh yea, almost forgot Guilty of Photography.

As I said . . . the US as judge, jury, prosecutor, defender, executioner (when it is others). I remember the US having the moral highground, when I was in Elementary school in Michigan. . . rose-coloured glasses of a child enjoying baseball and hockey

The kangaroo courts may have found him not guilty but he is not innocent . . . so, we will see how the US reacts the next time there's a smack in the face

President Trump Directs Navy Secretary to Rescind Medals Awarded to Eddie Gallagher Trial Prosecutors

    BY: JILL COLVIN/AP AUGUST 1, 2019

(WASHINGTON) — Navy officials said Wednesday they are pulling achievement medals from prosecutors who argued the case against a decorated Navy SEAL who was acquitted in the death of a wounded Islamic State captive after President Donald Trump intervened.

Trump tweeted earlier Wednesday that he had directed the secretary of the Navy and the chief of naval operations to “immediately withdraw and rescind” the Navy Achievement Medal from prosecutors who argued the case against Special Operations Chief Edward Gallagher, who was acquitted by military jurors earlier this month. “The Prosecutors who lost the case against SEAL Eddie Gallagher (who I released from solitary confinement so he could fight his case properly), were ridiculously given a Navy Achievement Medal,” Trump complained, adding, “I am very happy for Eddie Gallagher and his family!”

Navy spokesman Cdr. Jereal Dorsey said that on Wednesday, after Trump’s tweet, Navy Secretary Richard Spencer rescinded the awards. As secretary, he has that authority, Dorsey said.

Cadet bone-spurs. The low life piece of shit never served in the military and does not deserve to be called a corporal.

She needs a doctor, not a jail cell.
soory B I havnt been keeping up with whats been going on,TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO busy looking after the wife[she's torn tendons] so she cant go out to spend money, its making me sick.
if this lady has a house full that she;s looking after, she could have drowned them which would have been over QUICK.maybe she didn't have the heart.so I revive my sentence to a suspened one of 1yr.and order her to look after the rest, getting them neutered and spayed.

Good, most important task, takin' care of the boss... may she heal well and quickly.

The "woman" hoarder has problems from the neck up and needs attention. The article said the hoarded dogs found in her house (38) were in "not in good condition". As she was sentenced to a year in jail and by court order not allowed to own any animals during her seven years of probation following her release from jail, the 38 animals and the puppies are under state or local control. Hopefully vet care with spaying and neutering. Possibly just put in a shelter for adoption and/or...

Big problem worldwide - domesticated animals, abandoned pets, no real solution - good strides by the many non-profits, ASPCA, etc. in tackling animal abuse and abandonment - but, many, many more miles to go.

Anyway, keep your priorities straight - Take care of the misses

I watch quite a lot of programs of animal pratice's on my true package,VETS,POLICE RESCUE,R.S.PC.A.ANIMAL CLINICS,PET RESCUE from all over the world and I get to see some gut wrenching programs as well as the happy ones.for my experience and knowledge Thailand is not the place to own a beloved one.apart from the visable dangers there are those that are rife and only visable through examination[ticks, mossies and fever] me and the wife miss the love and affection we got from our boy, especially when he would cuddle up to us in bed.
if this women was not keeping them in a decent condition it would only be fair to them that they be rehomed.i have started to visit a pet rescue center in our home town[korat]and I must say considering the amount of homeless dogs there, they seem to be well looked after.
