Although, this "woman" need professional psychiatric help. Her hoarding of 38 pooches shows a "care for" side, her disposal in the trash of puppies shows an "abuse side".

She needs a doctor, not a jail cell.

soory B I havnt been keeping up with whats been going on,TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO busy looking after the wife[she's torn tendons] so she cant go out to spend money,its making me sick.
if this lady has a house full that she;s looking after,she could have drowned them which would have been over QUICK.maybe she didn't have the heart.so I revive my sentence to a suspened one of 1yr.and order her to look after the rest,getting them neutered and spayed.
