Economy in the states was shit, we just weren't making it. I had to move my wife and kid in at my parents place because they were also in the shit and the bank had their house up for auction. We toughed it out for a few years and saved my folks house, they are ok now so it's time for us to move on again. As long as we are starting new, I decided to get a change of scene and here we are. It's not at all that I enjoy a good set of tits with my drink, it's really all about the temples.

I'd never even heard of the place.
A mate told me it was the land of milk and honey.
    He wasn't wrong.

I reckon the roads in Chiang Mai city are better than those in London

The splits and holes all over the roads in London are becoming dangerous

    I was told that i could smoke a roll-up
from start to finish without having to re-light it every 2 minutes.
And also to ride my mountain bicycle up to Dali in Yunnan province by 214 route.
Knew little about Thailand but that soon changed when i got robbed.

I love the stifling heat, the nerve-shattering 'music' and noise, the mosquitos and fucking flied lice.

The mind-boggling stupidity is just a bonus.
