I think this sums up more than how to treat low-end Thais, it also applies to the way they live their lives. To scared or naive to break the mold and think for themselves. This is such a huge problem here, acting like brainwashed sheep. Thailand would progress a lot quicker if they could break this cycle

Low end Thai's usually have low end mate's who are happy to do serious shit to others for fuck all baht, I don't piss off low end Thai's.
