Tricky one that my friend. As an absolute number they are certainly the worlds biggest donor. But as a percentage of GNP - they are actually quite far down the list - just above Greece if that makes you feel any better:

...and, just to be clear - high explosives dropped foma great height don't really count as "aid"....

tricky or not, aid is being provided in massive amounts. even with out counting the freedoms provided by the delivery of air dropped explosives. Least we forget the intrusions (with not always good intensions) of many others during the worlds existance...
