Any websites for 'normal' priced property in Bangkok???

Do a google search and all you get is estate agents selling 20 million baht properties, where as i remember my misses used to buy some paper with all new builds in for example round the old airport area with houses in the 2-3 million baht price range, obviously all in Thai and aimed at Thais but that is what i'm after.....

Here's a couple to plough through.

    ddproperty.com | ??????? ?????????? ????????????? ??????? ????????? ?????????????? ?????????????? ?

    newproject

Hope these links work. I use these sites a lot but the links I usually use to enter them are on my own computer which is without an internet connection right now as we've just moved into a new build ourselves and I'm having to use a cafe full of screaming kids.

We also looked around the Rangsit area north of Don Muang but we thought it was a bit rough so stuck with Bangyai in the west. BTS coming this way right now and will be complete in a couple of years.....very useful.

Try googling the top 10 biggest house builders in Thailand and go from there.
You should get a list containing the like of Sansiri/Land and House/Noble etc.
Their own sites have all the builds thay have going on with locations/plans/prices/promotions.

Here's the Sansiri one to give you an idea....Sansiri

I know it's not exactly what you're after, but hope it helps?

Thailand has tons of property newspapers they are great. But you have to have a spouse you trust. We got our first place at auction. It too was a fixer upper, but we sold during the financial crisis for a nice profit.

Its fun as well. You circle the ones you like, just like days of long ago and go out for the day.

I enjoy it anyway. Its how we found our second house as well. Take a look at LT's though, the guy seems to have taste.

We have owned the place for 4 years and have never stayed overnight apart from short visits to clean up the garden.

I'm talking about painting outside, touching up the kitchen and doing the garden up.

Not a lot of work as it is still quite nice inside but then again I am very fussy.

We have not put it on the market but would be willing to sell it as my kids refuse to live in Bangkok.

When your here we can go for a gander.

Just looked at Buriram's link to the place and sussed out straight away why he wants the gaff!

    From the website..........

2-story townhouse with front yard width of 6 meters, approximate utility space of 112 sq. mtr., 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room with a bar and kitchen, a store room and a garage for 2 cars parking.

^Just peeped at google and have a rough idea but no ecact location.
Looks like its North of Fashion Island (Minburi way) and not too far from Safari World (which would be to your East).
Here's a Google Map of the rough area...............

Yeh I would if you were going to rent it. I'm not in the market to buy at the moment, but we are looking for a house to rent.

Those houses if i'm not mistaken are in the same plot of land as Safari World and the Legacy golf course. Very nice area and the houses are a bargain compared to some. Clean place too.

That's what i mean, a brand new 3 bed house for 2 mill baht and a reasonable size, seems a good website that 'sansiri' as they look like they have a lot going on in all price ranges and areas, location is my only concern on that one but will be a while yet before i buy, just happy got some websites to look at now as all i could find on google searches were estate agents peddling stuff at extortionate prices.
