is it better to be single or attached in bkk, or thailand in general?

the reason i ask is because after several years freewheeling i might soon be attached, but i find the single life hard to leave.

but when you chat to people, and as i have experienced myself after several yrs in a relationship here with a thai, it can be a curse to have a gf in a city like bkk where there are so many women available just for fun. i mean if you can get with so many women, and a variety of them with no complications why opt for just one?

of course there is the baby issue.

sorry should have explained, i have no baby now but at some point in the near future will expect to have 1 or 2 and for that of course i need a mother so have to get attached at some point. it's just making that step to get attached, it's a hell of a loss of freedom.
