Miss fish said she liked the place. I wanted something near the city center in VTE. I guess it could be worse. She's paying for upkeep. I really could care less about this one. But at least when the day is done we can shut out the rest of the world. Oh wait, it isn't really home sweet home.

I dodged a bullet, Miss fish spat the hook. I couldn't be happier as she came back to reality. The place was a steal but who would be robbing whom In the long run. A bigger fish to fry out there, glad it wasn't me this time. She is ready to head south thank god.

I was game but miss fish slept on it and changed her mind. I think it may have had something to do with me buying beers for the town the last few days. It's been a party so far and I think she came to her senses. We already have a place south of here that could use a garage, a new deck a couple of guest houses a pier and of course a bigger boat.

If it were in the capitol proper I'd jump on it myself but this one is south east a ways out of the beaten path and not in the economic zone by any means.

Now if you're interested in a second home near Vientiane the gal is not asking much. But I'd stay away from this one as it's boxed in and very small. I'll stick to the country myself. Now a condo downtown with a pool spa and fitness center close to a few good restaurants and you'd have something. This place is far from that and that's for sure. I'm glad she woke up after not sleeping on it.
