The winner at today’s (4 to 5 year old) Buffalo Contest (ประกวดกระบือ/ควาย) here in Khon Kaen (University). There was an auction afterwards for the animal: at 990 kilos he went for 426,000 baht.

My dear MIL'S new kitchen under construction , nearly finished , she has allways seemed to put up with make do's in the past , but I think she is over the moon with this , where you sit it looks over a nice big pond full of fish . Looking forward to sitting down there to eat her delicious son in law eggs , she will make for me .

They're selling off all the old railway sleepers behind the station at the moment, so I see her builder got some.

^ Yeah cheers Marmite , I noticed that to ,, they certainly wern't kicking about the ranch last March .

Our new bungalow will be going to the rear and right a bit of that pic as you look at it you can see my SIL's new pad to the left and way back over our shoulders is Mum + Dads house plus the wifes big Thai house to the left of it ,, all in all about 7 rai the plot .
