Koh Samet, mate. photo was taken around 7am yesterday. I didnt know what to make of the place, only staying there 2 days and one night with family

If I had to sum it up, 1 long motocross track, the closest clearest sea to Bangkok, cheaper than Phuket/Samui, can all be seen in one day

^ Koh Si Chang has a great west facing beach with crystal clear water - well worth a visit. 45 minutes bus ride from BKK then a 30 minute boat ride.

Neo, I have a Nikon J1, it came with 2 lenses, 10mm and a 30-100mm zoomy thing. When do I use the 30-100mm ?

Has the GX1 got a mechanical shutter?

Suprising the number of these MILCs that have mechanical shutters.

No good for sneaky shots of the GF getting undressed if the shutter gives the game away!
