Marinated for 3 days. Couldn't be bothered slow roasting first, but very juicy and tender. Difficult to beat smokey ribs as an accomplice to beer really.

I discovered this pair on an early morning walk, they where there with there Daughter and her husband but they had no shovels or any hand tools for digging. It was all done by hand, friggin massive effort I thought.

They loved it when I asked if I could take there picture. Made there day.

Yeah mate hers not mine it's not the arsehole of bangkok out there but it's pretty close.

We where here out of season mid week and cracked it with very few Tourists around.

Brilliant day it was and something awesome to behold in an atmosphere where it was void of Tourists.

Shanghai street food. Simply amazing what they crank out.

You should take a look at Picasa too Terry, a lot faster to upload pics, automatically resizes them too< to the size below, which looks inbetween your 2 sizes
