I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs![]()
I had to chuckle to myself today when I saw this ,, although in reality its not that funny . This is Forest road in the London borough of Walthamstow , I travel down here on the way to Tottenham at least twice a week to deliver so I have watched these guy's make somewhere in front of they're homes to park 3 cars , now you will note they don't have a drop kerb ,, now the nice Council men will do that for around the £3000 mark subbing it out to one of they're contractors for a third of that ,, obviously got up the Council's snout ,, so the nice Council men have decided this piece of road needs a seat , sited right across they're drive.
If I lived there , I'm sure a chain attached to that seat would unfortunately get wrapped around one of my back axles as I drove past

Looking at the photo this type of "abuse" appears to be common on the street. Coupled with the yellow line no parking restriction one wonders where the cars are expected to be parked!
Do any of the houses have the dropped kerb/ legal entrance?

Lovely pics Lard ,, I'd have got it wrong , would have guessed an Egret
^nice spot LARS, just hope they keep the IBIS population under control, they tend to overbreed and can really decimate a nesting enviroment, they will destroy a wetland area if they are in overabundance, same as anything i suppose
