Firstly, you have to amass an enormous amount of green repo points, and then have them taken away and put into the negative zone.Quote:

The rain does not fall on the plains (here anyway)
as much of Thailand is under water right now - here in sth Sa Kaeo the neighbouring farm is running sprinklers on the corn crops, all the rain has passed us over, not a drop in the last week, and none forecast for the next 7 days either. 31 forecast today. Nearest village just needs tumbleweeds to add to that dustbowl look.
