I personally have respect for anyone (male or female) that take pride in how they look (and no I am not gay).

For those that try to look, dress and act younger than what they are is great and when I see an older bloke, who is fit, dresses well and obviously takes care of himself with a younger girl I say good on the both of him.

I had an Aussie mate come over to Thailand after a divorce from hell, his business collapse and generally years of extreme stress.

After Lazer treatment on his eyes he had a minor face lift and some hair treatment, went to the gym everyday and for a 61 year old bloke he know looks in his late 40's and does he pull the ladies.

Live life to the fullest and use whatever tools you have around you is the way to go.

Mate I have worn suits, even a Tux to an A-Go-Go bar and for the only reason that's what I was wearing before I arrived at the bar (either a business meeting or a formal function).

Most of the local expat's that you see wearing suits have just come straight from work and I cannot remember the number of ties I have lost and after taking them off in an A-Go-Go bar, not to mention a few coats.

Those that purposely wear suits to slapper bars are taking the piss, I agree.

^ I think the case of butterfly is a good example - Loy Toy will recall that Butterfly's advances were refused by all the girls in three consequetive bars in Soi Cowboy

Yep and he was well dressed as well.

Then again when he set off on his quest he was not overly confident he could pull something.

I reckon his reputation does not help his cause mate!

Not overly confident he could 'pull' a girl in soi cowboy.

Now that's a man with low self esteem.
