I had an Aussie mate come over to Thailand after a divorce from hell, his business collapse and generally years of extreme stress.
After Lazer treatment on his eyes he had a minor face lift and some hair treatment, went to the gym everyday and for a 61 year old bloke he know looks in his late 40's and does he pull the ladies.
Live life to the fullest and use whatever tools you have around you is the way to go. :)
