The only reason I am not sitting on this land at the moment is because there is no suitable school for the kids.

I was considering retiring down Trat/ Chanthaburi way since the wife has a daughter there. Lovely coast line and cheap seafood. But lack of good hospitals put me off. Sattahip was the compromise. The beaches and natural beauty dont compare with Trat, but once you hit retirement age good medical care should be a high priority.
