Given the choice for me it would be the jungle town of Gemas in Malaysia or Yangminshan in Taiwan.
Working on them at the moment but visa regulations seem to be doing all they can to keep me out !
Got an offer of a house in Gemas for a peppercorn rent but without the visa - no go !
Pushing for a full time job with the Taiwan Navy ( I do consultancy work for them at the moment ) and if that works they will sort the visa problem out.
Wait and see !!!
