I walk a fair bit when I'm on a trip or getaway. I wasn't sure how much it was so I flicked on the step counter on my phone. It's 4 pm, just back at the room. I've done 6883 steps today. And I will go out more later.
I probably don't put near enough miles on in a regular day. The average would be lower than this. Some fitness fiends say you gotta take 10,000 steps a day. But that seems like bullshit.
