    Don't do step number, but generally workout twice a day. Cycling, running or fight training in the morning for around 800 calories. Then a little light 4-6 set gym sesh in the afternoon for around 200 calories. Warm oil massage usually sandwiched in between.

    If I was retired , I'd settle into a nice workout routine like that too.
