There are so many theories put forth by scientists regarding the origin of mankind. One school of thought was that mankind evolved through evolution from the simplest microorganisms which could even be from some simple one cell organisms into fishes which in turn came up onto land and the later evolved into apes and finally so forth into modern man.
On the other hand those from religious beliefs believe that mankind were created by GOD who first created Adam and then Eve was created from Adam and all of us are actually their descendants.
I am of the view that mankind is directly descended from some extraterrestrial beings who had visited earth eons ago and left behind a man and a woman to populate the earth.Historical records have shown that actually extraterrestrial beings have actually visited planet a long time ago. The Aztecs of South America have drawings inside caves depicting them.Even in this centtury or century before there have been reports and sightings of unidentified flying objects and aliens visiting earth and capturing people to examine them. Why do you think they do this?
If religious groups believe that everyting is created by the Supreme Intelligence, the who is actually the Supreme Intelligence? - GOD or some extraterrestrial alien being.

.............all wasted, cos it is still alive and well and living in africa!

it is only natural that we would have evolved differently:

it would have taken more intelligence for anybody in europe to be able to survive in the colder climate and less abundant wildlife etc (food), therefore it is only natural that those who had better brains would have been the ones better equipped to breed and pass on the characteristic to future generations.
in africa and south-east asia, however, food was easier to come by: the brighter sunlight accounting for the need for darker skins to deal with it, plentifull wildlife and easier fo find roots and fruits and leaves for nourishment:
(no need to develop and pass on too much in the way of intelligence)

Evolution is more attributed to location. Most feel dark skin is a product of sunlight and diet.

I would tend more to use the word development (industrial/technological) in the case you state. Agree with you, development did happen at different times and different degrees all over the earth. Our current situation is the product of other civilizations all of which have contributed to where we are today.

Many of these civilizations such as Egypt certainly are far blacker than the average Scandinavian. No intent to insult our Scandinavian friends but the Egyptians contributed far more to the civilization we enjoy today.

yes.
the scandinavian civilisations probably evolved much later, but jump to the present, and you can see how the evolutionary process worked:
how do scandinavians live/ survive/ earn a living, and now compare it to egypt.

it would seem the "normal" scandinavian would be hard pressed to survive in egypt, and vice versa,
so perhaps we should all just have stayed in the areas where we evolved and are better suited to survival, and then there would really be no need for racism or xenophobia to be an issue?

The only thing I can see wrong with this is that, no matter where the Black African is, we as whites still have to feed and support them for the most part., no matter where they are..
Under white leadership the African soil fed quite a lot of the world at one time.
Then the land was taken from them and they were ran off or killed, and the land taken over by Blacks.
Now the blacks set on that same land, [where they had jobs and were paid wages], and starve to death unless the world ships in food for them.

I hope this thread dies again soon as it really serves no purpose other than to create animosity between TD members.

And just who does it create this animosity between, I have felt none and see that other have not noticed it either.
