In all my years of attending many different gyms one will always see the mad muppet doing weights in a way that produce a zero positive effect and actually cause damage.

It's a great fookin laugh tho.

Na,

Definitely no hard core fitness freak that's for sure.

But on the other hand I retain my fitness to a certain level simply because i never want to be a fat, horrible, unfit pleb.

It's all about the Balance my friend and the balance says if ya want to smash a few Dark Beer Laos ya need to pay the Man back in the Gym.
