Let's hope he gets back the land of Beer Lao soon enough as he's happy and chilled when there. The angry Aussie-bound version of the lad isn't pleasant to see at all at all. Hopefully he'll sort whatever brought on the change.

Was offered a beer Chang while at dinner and didn't want to refuse. Not one to mix, picked up 4 btls on the way home. I won't be running in the park at 8am.

Oh my bad . But you are correct in this instance . I fear moving back to the antipodes has worked out well for the kids Education plan and that was the main reason to move back here. They are doing great in school. Mrs bld had issues for a hell of a long time but seems to be back to her old self and has a job she enjoys. I myself started a small biz that seems to be keeping me of the streets and sober mostly. Yes. Eddo. I was indeed chilled to the max in Lao, for the 15 years I lived there
Could still be there being chilled but that wouldn't of helped the kids. I'm not that selfish. A decision was made between me and her to move here. 5 years later I think neither she or me really like it but we accept it. Oz is pretty expensive and full of rednecks, bogong etc
