Bws have been lifting there game lately. Big range of beers , premix etc , Dan Murphy's is still the best but they aren't everywhere. Liquorland is hopeless.

The best beer in South America is Club Colombia (either the pilsner, ale or dark).

You rarely see it outside Colombia though.

I think it's fair to say that the old Colombians know how to get the party started.

That's interesting got a mate based in Peru, he's a geologist and regularly goes to Colombia for contracts , he's told me the dolly's are easy on the eye and easy to get along with . The locals tend to drink Aguila, which is about 4.2% and crap. The Club is more expensive but really good.

And regarding the gak, it's more expensive for a pint in a bar than a leg of lamb.
