Having been off the beer for quite a while due to the diabetes, I was allowed to check a few out following several 500m swims after work this week. The beer festival season has started in Bavaria and it would be a shame to miss out....

Browsing around the local getränke (get-drunk-shop), I came across a Beck's light, which is less than 0.5g sugar and 4.9% alcohol. Not bad at all if you've had to suffer low alcohol, low sugar beers like I have. I sandwich a few of them between a couple of Augustiners for a decent evening....

Old Rosie on draught T2 LHR could get messy staying in a hotel tonight i want a lock in.

On me 3rd pint in an hour.

From my last border run duty-free, I now have a slab of Royal Stout (6.8%) and a litre of Jagermeister.
Jager bombs with stout are great. I reckon I could sell them to the locals. Beer dam (stout) (which has medicinal status)+ Jagermeister (Lao dong farang (effectively)). A winner.

6 Beer Sing to wash down LT's Steak & Potato Pie.
