^^ cheers, will check them out.
Btw, maturing is done in the cask, not the bottle. Buying a 12 yr old now doesn't make it a 30yr old in 18 yrs time.
looking for something for them to drink on their 18th ...
And no, it won't be given at their party, in some private father/son time.
And, if not near their 18th birthday, at a time I reckon they will appreciate a decent drop.
Wine, Whisky, Woman ... all to be appreciated.

Just read above ...
So, should I buy them some Cask wine and let that mature ...
If you want to.
A 12 yr old now is still a 12 yr old in 15 yrs time.
Caution - You don't want to be the liquor version of a craft-beer-sipping hipster.

what kid of 18 is gonna appreciate the same aged single malt?
sake that the SIL brought back from Nip land, utter crap
^ I'm quite partial to a GnT ... but only in Summer.
To cold here now for that IMHO
Each to their own ... ENJOY
Nice. You won't be disappointed.
I'm not a regular drinker but the Machar Butra drought has made me miss a few drinks but I popped round to my mate's place and got 3 Leo beers no problemo
Read the bottle Dilly. Supposed to have a bit of cucumber with that (...and not up the blurter).
Don't forget to shoot it.
Or maybe he's just swabbed the glasses in my dad's aftershave.
This ...
^ She's not the squeeze ... tidy though.
Assisted by ...
^ Very Tidy. Would like to squeeze her, but can't. Even the girl was checking her ass out ...
Where? ...
... but it's not that developed yet.
Though Samut Prakan's 'Eye' is up and running
Live Band, Free Beer, bouncing boobies ...
What could go wrong ... well, dampen the moment at least ... two 3 yo saying ... 'sleepy'
Still had a blast though ... trip report later.
^^Where abouts in Samut Prakan?
^^^^ That liquor is over ice. JPPR2 will be disappointed.
So, your dad knows the value of aftershave - but not you, razorburn?Originally Posted by Luigi

Google Ancient Siam and it's across the road from there.
Old Sukhumvit Road (#3)
If you BTS it, the last station is Bearing then about a 100 Baht Taxi.
Driving ... Eventually drop down onto the Sukhumvit Road, edge past Ancient Siam and U-Turn.
Two visual sign posts to look for. That big Ferris Wheel and the big Golden Arches sign M
There is heaps of parking on-site and the Thais are organised in directing you there. It's just a huge vacant block and there are free songthaew and golf buggies to transport you the 200 metres from the parking to the place ...
Thais ... seriously. I think they count the steps and go ... one, two, three, four ... damm this, to far to walk ... TAXI !
Great Place ... I'll do a full trip report once I've spoken to the person we know who works there .. hence the free beer and the 'attentive' service.

Cheers mate.
I'm a Samut Prakan boy myself, so it's now on my to-do list
