I don't think crabs are an STD. More of an infestation than an infection. Excessive scratching may lead to an infection though. Never had them but I've had bites from bed bugs offshore.

It's one thing to catch an STD, but to catch one one offshore is, well, pretty fucking lucky as long as it's with a woman.
