    Absolutely. The US is 100% consumerism and driven by debt. The more you buy on credit the better you are viewed. every weekend every store is jammed packed with people buying stuff. Most they do not even need. But there are sales all the time and this drives the sheeple to the feeding trough(malls) Most Americans I have found cannot distinguish between their wants and needs. Most are impulse buyers and if the financing is good they will bite.
