It's more disappointing because if our batsmen stop being a bunch of idiots, they'd wipe the floor with this lot. I don't understand what's got into them. This Aussie team is just as piss poor as the last couple of Aussie teams England have faced.

Enough of all this best beer and biggest bollocks bullshit.
It's largely based upon taste and what you grew up with.
What I grew up with was the Aussies kicking the Poms arses whether we were playing cricket, Rugby or competing at the Commonwealth games. No wonder they hate us so much these days.
The last two tests has seen that winning feeling return to me but the toss winner today will definitely have the edge.
You must be a lot younger than you look then.....Originally Posted by Loy Toy

Interesting reading.
Well, the other day you condemned the English side of the Eighties, the same side that won more ashes series than Australia during the decade.....
So I was assuming you grew uip during the 90's seeing as it's 11-9 since 1977..... and we certainly won 2 series in the 70's that I remember....
Big partnership needed now..
Hard to see 90 overs being bowled today.
Runs coming quickly to off 2nd rate bouncers..
Hmmmmm...
Rodgers, opener run out in the opening overs pretty irresponsible.
Wasteson...Hmph, shouldn't be there.
Clarke, followed the plan for Swann, but could have taken it a bit easier given the runs were coming.
3/107 of 24 overs, England will be well short by the end of the day.
Slightly Oz way that one I think.
4/129....![]()
^yep...
Warner gone from a crap shot. That crap bowler Swan has 2-17; big wickets too.
Nice morning of cricket.
But, we haven't batted yet...
KFC in yellow and green is horrible...![]()

The third factor, the big one this series, has been the absolute crap batting (aligned with the poofter's confidence rising - which was allowed by our crap batmen, imho...).
This test will likely be the same. Unless our first 4 batsmen put in a decent display, it doesn't matter what else happens...
Cycling should be banned!!!
Looks nice in Perth; would like to be there having a week's break or so...
Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh...![]()
5 wickets just thrown away...
Terrible.
Right.... I'm back...... good news so far as well....
I'm not sure how anyone can consider themselves on top 3 down at lunch....
anyway.... our day so far but it doesn't mean shit yet.
How many lives is Haddin gonna have today...He'll probably go on and get a century now...
I can see that raving poofter causing havoc with the ball on this pitch, hope I'm wrong.
^^ I never expected this to be a 5 day test, England in after tea chasing 230 odd was my take..
^maybe, but I ws hoping that we get you out today, then spend 2 long and hot days with the bat...
Not impressed with Stokes...

We've done ok, but were in a better position on day 1 in Brisbane and got slaughtered in the end, so...
Better from England but we've been here before. The Aussies still look pretty confident here and so they should.
Yep, we letting this one slip at the moment, just like Brisbane.
At the end of the day it's mainly been the same players failing (Twatson, Rogers, Bailey) which means those that are confident are still in the game.....
