Making the Gaeng from scratch is always best and yours looks great, got to say though that the Lemon Grass looked a bit sad

It's hit and miss. That one wasn't actually too bad because I'm normally left rooting around for days-old stuff that's well past withering point. Galangal is a complete no-no, unfortunately.

Went for pizza the other night. I must admit in advance I did not order the Hawaiian with olives.

Nothing wrong with a bit of pineapple on a pizza imo although I'd have gorged on the top one first and used the second as a dessert

When I go to that place that is the only thing I order. Very spicy from a heat aspect which I like. The secret ingredient is the Mama Lil's pickled red peppers. Which are pickled in a garlic olive oil. I keep them in the fridge and use them on everything from eggs to hot sandwiches. Best thing since sliced bread...

Dill, that first pizza is what God intended pizza to be, the second one is an abomination. Did you put some ketchup on it as well?

Ant, your salsa looks like chopped veggies...did you make a dressing to go with it? The salmon looks pretty good.

Nope just a dash of lime juice.

Chopped Veggies with Lime would be a better name. A bit of a stretch with salsa. Fusion salsa would be okay but then it would sound too fancy for me.. Ootai would love your salmon..
