Hey Headworx, the guy that I got them from took two burgers and smashed them together with a ton a blue cheese between them and ranks the result highly.

I think he might be on to something....

^Yeah that'd work!. The patties are a bit dry and do need some moisture. I've been having them with cheddar cheese (also from Siamburies) grated on top and a few eggs on the side, perfect Keto fodder.

^ Wot, no vinegar in a vindaloo?!??!??!

    Sacrilege!

Been having problems with the quality of vinegar, but this was better. Used to blend the spices and the wet vegetables separately for the chicken/pork, before combining, but I cook that much that it crowds the pan, so have taken to blending everything together and cooking before putting the meat in.

Fried it off with the spices and chilies until the onions and ginger etc had cooked.

Had a nice pan of it in the end, but the rogan josh I did the other night and the karahi were better. Can't quite get the sourness over here that I get elsewhere. Dunno why.

Thanks for making me hungry, that place looks awesome to me with plenty of choices.
If I lived near there I would be the size of a house in a year.

Not sure about that, mate. Having lived in Korea for a couple of years, I can tell you that they have a penchant for steaks served medium rare and do a fine line in steak tartare.

    You'd be starving.

Still waiting to hear how CCC cooked a vindaloo without any "vin" too.

Typical blue. No connection with and no idea about history and tradition.

There seemed to plenty of other options, I could always go to somewhere where they cooked their meat to eat steak.
If not then it would be adapt or die!

I'm gonna guesstimate about an 8... But I was sat on the comfortable and fluffy as fuck sofa so didn't care.

Those cane(?) chairs do tend to be a bit shit though in fairness.
