Today's lunch....

Four dry air fryed Richmond sausages swimming in a sea of gravy,
a volcano of sweet mashed potato and baked beans lava at the epi-centre...

^ the baked beans ruin that, and the 'sweet' mashed potato, and the burnt sausages, and the gravy is too thin.

In theory, that's a very nice meal...

Though, if one is pursuing twice cooked chips, they need to be larger pieces to retain the meaty composition of the spud.

Butter the tin or you'll have have two sausages and some half cooked batter and a tin you'll have to throw out. What ever you put it in needs to be hot from te oven.
