Fark... They were fine yesterday, but seem to have gone sideways today.

I don't know why that is, but it's bloody irritating...

That was the end of the selections. We waited a while for the food to go down and create more space then decided we liked the steak and brisket beef best, so ordered some more of that:











Cost just over a 1000 baht each including drinks (sangria...) and was cooked perfectly and tasted great.

WOW ... great series of posts.

BTW ... that would have fed our Family of 12 for a week

I don't go often, but it's always a pleasant experience... I felt like a stuffed pig ready to be spit roasted when I left (don't take that the wrong way Paps!).

Also, the price seems reasonable for what you get; the fella said it was mostly American beef with a couple of Australian cuts.

Brazilian churrasco and South African braai are the best BBQ in my experience.

Presumably, this place was a Brazilian Churrasco? I've never been to a place like this before, so not sure. Everything is cooked fresh on spits and they bring it to the table and carve as much as you want off the spit. The steaks are done as you like, I asked for medium, my mate asked for medium rare, and they were cooked exactly as we expected/liked.

I should imagine if you went to a really top end one of these it'd be amazing. This place is good value and tastes really nice, as well as being just around the corner, so pretty convenient. I mean, how much meat do you want in 1 meal???

It looks fantastic, tonight here in UB the weekly junky Chinese food and too much beer nights start up again. Good food and good company; a combo that is pretty hard to beat.
