    Smell of stewing pork people over the road wanted to buy some we crisp the skin by bbq first then 4 hour's in the pot

    Sounds like she's got her hands on a Filipino cookbook (an oxymoron in itself). If there was soy-sauce and salt added too she's definitely got one.

    the wife never adds salt when she cooks home food..it's probably why I find it bland at most....

    Hey Dilly, nice presentation. Appeals to the autistic streak in me. I would prefer the carrots in a hexagonal shape and 2 slices of round crusty bread for mopping up. Placed at the top and sides to imitate Mickey Mouse ears.
