No rest for the wicked. Ribs with the RUB applied. Noon in the oven at 125c for about 4 hours. Then onto a barbecue. Pintos are simmering. Added a holy trinity of celery onions and red and green chilies. Some fatty pork for flavor as well.![]()

With this heat, I'd probably have done slaw rather than pintos....can't wait to see the finished products!
^ I get my walking in 630 to 8am on days off. Still too hot then in reality, what is starting now in terms of early morning residual heat..
