^They are the BOMB!. They've got one in Jomtien too that's completely hidden, is anyone's guess as to what time it will open each night, doesn't open at all some nights, but it's hog-heaven to get there and find it open for business with plenty of lamb rotating on the BBQ . The Garlic Mayo is definitely the way to go but I only ever get the medium size for which they use a slightly smaller pita bread, but they open it up like a shell for the meat/salad to go inside rather than wrapping it as in your pic which is too much bread for my taste (if that makes sense). Anyway, of all the Kebab stands in Pattaya these are the best.

The Jomtien location is relatively new but they do seem to have staffing/opening times problems at both locations. The owner knows this but finding staff who understand what a kebab/doner/pita is and working until 04.00 whilst dealing with the drunks is beyond most people. Occasionally they are open earlier... but don't count on it. They can be ordered on Pattaya Meals as well during the daytime. I have had a doner for lunch at work from them delivered to an office.

^Easiest way to explain that would be to stand outside Tinnies, and look across the road. You'll see a narrow Soi and on the right hand side, there's a few booths selling the typical pancakes, fruit shakes, etc. McDoners is the last booth on the right. You won't see it unless you walk down that Soi, it's a covert location!.

Great stuff will check that out in a few months.

Pork, shrip, cabbage, angle hair noodle, potato, onion, carrot, celery, eggs, fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, salt, sugar and that's about it she said.

Boil in oil until golden brown.

Sweet sour sauce for dipping and there you have it.

Just on a side note, when I was a teenager I knew a few kids that worked at the fox and hounds. They often talked about the "rich" folks that they spat in............the double baked potatoes.
