Got a chili on the go for tomorrow.



Another 10 mins and will set to slow cook for 12 hours or so.

Some for tomorrow night as the main mrs loves it, and box up and deep freeze the rest for chili emergencies.

I see dish have a bit broke 555+ ...food look good Dill..or just now I am hungry...

Simmering for 3 hours is enough. The length of an American fooball game on TV.
But it really doesn't live up to its flavor potential until day 3.

It only took me one biteful of some funny smelling pork, (you can guess who cooked that) to be at the sickest I've ever felt in my life. I swallowed it like a fool too.
