    ^ I did read up on how to cook a burger patty before doing that Apparently the trick is a medium high heat, then squeeze it for blood, wait for a tiny amount of smoke, then flip it and wait 2 minutes.

    Another way I read up on was to get 4 empty tuna fish cans. Put burgers in 2 and cheddar cheese in the other 2 of them. Then stick them on a rack, stick the rack into a big pan with half an inch of water in and steam for 14 minutes.

    I chose the former because it seemed a lot friggin easier and I only had one full can of tuna.

    ^ Never squeeze any piece of meat when cooking it unless you just want a piece of dry shoe leather especially not ground beef.

    If you enjoyed them then that's all that counts. My lady just made amazing burgers tonight two patties with pepper jack cheese and jalapenos stuffed in between on ciabatta buns. Nice and juicy, of course she did not squeeze the patties.

    So got some chips to accompany and decided to go Chav.



    Even Chavy squirty mayonnaise as I was out of tartar sauce.

    150b I think. Will actually head back and transfer all their stock to my freezer, was bladdy nice as far as council estate crap goes.

    Just need tartar sauce from Tops tomorrow and a newspaper to eat them out of.
