I took a chicken carcass, an onion, 4 carrots, 4 celery stalks, sprig rosemary and a bay leaf (optional) covered with water and simmered (do not boil) for an hour and a half approximately. Make sure to skim the fat off the top with a spoon. When done strain it off and discard the veggies and carcass.
The next day I took all the remaining chicken meat I had plucked off the carcass and made the soup.

Nice to be back in BKK but all this group work is doing my head in, alone time with beer and spicy food is the cure.

^ Looks nice, but what are you eating off? Is that a poorly cut piece of black paper?
...and how did they carry the burger and salad over?
^Hard to see in the pic, but it's actually a black tile (but there's probably some other name for it than that which I don't know). It's quite thick/heavy.

^^Sen-fucking-sational, as $20.00++ burgers tend to be in nice hotels, especially when they're part of travel expenses
It's on the room-service menu as: Delightful 160 gr Beef burger , beef bacon, onion tempura, tomato, gherkin, cheddar, thousand islands (sic) and potato wedges. And yeah, I'm in a half-arsed Muslim country hence the beef bacon.
Roast Lamb with all the trimmings, had to lay down after this feast. .
