^ The quiche was great, full instructions start on page 14 of the Convection Oven thread.

It's maybe too difficult? But you could try just replacing the bacon with chunks of salmon, that could work.

Good points. I am giving my culinary powers a rest and dining out at the pub and beyond this evening. Might get messy..

Still in Norway, and tonight I found a Middle Eastern take away.

After some conversation I discovered I was being served by a Syrian who was working for a Palestinian chef.

OK, so it cost around 17 quid, but thank f**k for Norway's openness towards refugees. It is this country's only hope on the food front.

I had a lamb grill with salad and humus. There was also a pitta bread but I ate that walking back to the hotel.

Nonetheless, Mendy's food looks quite desirable.

Spicy ( at least by Mongolian standards) noodles and a beer before some studying. Bangkok bound next week for the induction, while it will be intense the dinner options are already calling to me!

Looks great and hopefully very warming.

Got a bit carried away at the Argentinian empanada bakery.


Can't decided on 1? Buy 4 instead.
