Snubby isn't that just a normal day for you...
When I need a flat plate on the grill, I use one of these. It was a great investment as it can be used on the cooker as well.

It needs a little TLC, but it's cast iron, it doesn't take long to clean. The other side is flat. Works a treat either on the stove or on the grill.
Did you think I was a lying cnut like you? :)
CS,Not at all Just never seen one in Thailand,I recommend them to everyone, they give a good intense heat to seal food and cook.
Why would you think like that.:)
Suggestion for you, when you've used it,oil it as eventually it will rust.
We keep a cast iron frying pan that is wiped dry, then heated up with a little oil in it after every use.
Every few months we pop the frying pan in the oven with some oil to season it again.
The fry plate is too heavy for the grates in my toaster oven, thus the look. To be honest, it's something we rarely use, but when we need it, nothing else works better.
^ I like that option...a griddle if you want or need you can put over your bbq grates. But these new bbqs, unless I'm misunderstanding, seem to be griddle only. Maybe I didn't look close enough. :scratchchin:

You only ever oil the griddle never the food you put on it. And unless you are a fukin muppet you don't scrub em to clean em.
This page is lacking Dinner pics!
Looks like Topper is getting the brown bullet:)
C'mon doggy, walkies....
Here comes Rex, sniffing around
Nope, the cuisine you ask yourself wtf you did that for again. Didn't do a piccy and its in the bin. Now i know i won't do that again, but late Nov once i've not had a 3 week straight chili dose it'll be like your Mrs giving birth and a distant mammary - i'll find myself at the take away with a side order of regret.
^Can You translate that from Wiltshire bumpkin to Jockanese pls:)
