    Decided to buy a decent cut of meat for a change at the market Gert made red curry the main ingredient being pig tongue ,well we like to treat ourselves to something special every now and then.

    Cottage pie's looks nice, especially if thats cheese on the crust

    Yes smoked cheddar but the misses is a bit mean with the cheese would have been 3x as much if I'd done it.

    Its part of the South beach diet managed to shed 6 kg in 3 weeks cottage pie is nice but pile on the kg.
    So would need ex lax chocolate desert to keep the weight down noticed breezer boy bench pressing 2 packet of crisp yesterday.
