What type of spuds do you use for mash to get that colour, Dilly....??
Curious.
sadly does not compare to Dill's fare, plus bread and rice... Nice photo job though with the bits on the rice and the chicken. I prefer mine hot...Any chance for some aioli, or even a nice olive oil for the bread?

A casual observation because someone who uses tinned cream on Xmas pudding, shop bought yorkshires, and is not Irish, but puts mashed potatoes on a roast... you might not know this. The spoon you are using for your xmas pudding is an antique silver oyster spoon, and some of them are very valuable. Now, this is not likely to be a Delboy watch moment, but if could be a few quid, especially if you have the full set with box.
Just the one and i thought it was an icing sugar spoon, cheers for your observation.
Think i'll have a cheeky look on fleabay and see what there fetching.
