The fish.
Watching a cooking show last night with Mrs Worx and one of the teams cooked honey-soy Chicken that looked the bomb, so I was asked if I could make some today for dinner. Never done it before but the million recipes on the net are all pretty much the same, just marinate some chicken pieces in honey-soy sauce-ginger-garlic-onion and bake. Step 1 complete and chicken in the fridge for a few hours:
Will make some fly lye to go with it and post pics if it comes out ok. If it doesn't come out like in the recipe photos, my internet has dropped out and I can't log-on![]()
Look forwards to this one!
Yup, comes out great.
Used to do it a lot in Aussie. Quick n easy n delisherous is always a great combination.![]()
Well it's in the oven and smells great. The tin-foil tip was in the comments section of one of the recipes, some poor bitch said it took her no end of scrubbing to get the burnt sauce off the bottom of her baking tray, which makes sense as there's honey involved. Makes good sense to read what other home cooks went through![]()

Came out good. Will use more ginger next time, but this is so easy to make and really tasty.
