Tonight's dinner ...
Nevaroccan chicken with couscous
Add couscous to a pan, mix a stock cube into some water, then add the stock to the couscous.
Throw it on a plate then strategically place some mint sauce to give it a truly authentic exotic feel.
Throw in the pan some of yesterday's leftover chicken with peppers (minus the peppers) and warm through.

Add some of the world's best gravy powder mix.
Then cross your fingers before moistening it up a bit with the word's best boiled water.
Stir it to get the lumps out cuz TD's a tough crowd.
Once the lumps are out, stir the chicken in.
Once it looks good, plate that beauty up.
Finally, don't forget to mention how delcious it was and that the dish is deliberately bidoon khadra/sans legumes.

Looks fantastic, Nev...
But hey... did Za take a dump on your cous cous?
555 It looks that way but tasted sweet so I'm not really sure.
The mint sauce was the secret to the success of this unique dish (along with the couscous and the world's best gravy mix), na.
shall have to get some for my cabinet.Originally Posted by Neverna
tonight, i also had some leftover cooked chicken and decided to make a sandwich.
put the chicken in the microwave, covered with a bit of teriyaki sauce.
took a sourdough english muffin out of the freezer and toasted it.
with a little mustard, mayo, cheese, tomato and onion,
it turned out great and was quite tasty.
And dinner is served. Not much to say about this one as I've an inkling I may have posted the same meal previously in this thread?? Dunno. Anyway baked / stuff potato and some shrimp:
Is that cheese Ant?
And what’s it stuffed with?

Todman mangungg? Home made?
I'll give the shellfish a miss .
Wife made some chicken cordon blue things she saw from Facebook
Tasted alright, but overcooked & dry
But the notable part of the meal is the sauce in the little cup: a Honey Mustard & Dill.
I buy this stuff constantly from Tops in Surin. Excellent dipping sauce and salad dressing.
I can easily recommend this stuff for a chicken dish saver
Humbert, ya geriatric fuk, you'd like it
