Can be seen as a bit strange. :)

People usually do it with turkey.

Mainly done as the fat rich coating locks in the moisture, and also helps form a crust.

Pro Tip:

Use Italian Salad Dressing instead of Mayo if youre doing chicken breasts. Poke holes in the breast with a fork and marinate in Italian Dressing for 30 minutes, then shake & bake :)

Yes, for Aussie Steak and Lamb chops.
Macro for frozen Lamb legs/shoulders.
Foodland for Pork Chops, Chicken, and Beef mince.
Naklua markets for Prawns and local Fish.
Friendship for Salmon.
Simple Simons or Yorkies for Sausages.

Yes the bakery at Big C is very good, lots of choices there. Don't eat much bread these days, but normally walk to Continental or Foodmart early in the morning if I'm going to get some.
